1. Summary
Tajdeed is a B2B SaaS platform providing document tracking, renewal reminders, AI-based document analysis, compliance dashboards, and optional PRO services. By accessing or subscribing, your company agrees to these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
Tajdeed provides:
- Expiry monitoring
- Metadata tracking
- Secure document storage
- AI-assisted document scanning and classification
- Government API integrations (where available)
- Renewal facilitation via optional PRO service
- Compliance reporting dashboards
Tajdeed is NOT:
- A government authority
- A substitute for legal advice
- A guarantor of regulatory approval
- Responsible for government processing delays
Users remain responsible for compliance with Saudi regulations issued by:
- Ministry of Commerce
- Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority
- Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia
- Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
3. B2B Eligibility
- Only registered business entities may use Tajdeed.
- The registering user must be authorized to bind the company.
- Personal consumer accounts are not permitted.
4. Cross-Border Data Hosting
Tajdeed may host and process data:
- Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- On compliant international cloud infrastructure
Cross-border transfers shall comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related regulations. The client consents to cross-border processing where required for system performance, redundancy, or service continuity
5. Document Storage & AI Processing
The Platform stores:
- Document metadata
- Uploaded document files
AI tools may process uploaded documents for:
- OCR extraction
- Expiry detection
- Classification
- Data structuring
AI outputs are automated and may require human verification. Tajdeed does not guarantee accuracy.
6. Government API Integration
Where integrations with Saudi government systems become available:
- Tajdeed may facilitate data exchange
- Users authorize Tajdeed to process data on their behalf
- Users remain responsible for final submission accuracy
7. Subscription & Recurring Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Billing cycles are defined at purchase.
- Late payment may result in suspension.
- Failure to maintain active subscription may result in restricted access to stored documents.
Refunds are subject to applicable Saudi commercial regulations.
8. Optional PRO / Renewal Services
If Tajdeed provides renewal assistance:
- It acts as a service facilitator
- Government fees are separate
- Processing timelines depend on authorities
- Approval decisions remain solely with regulators
9. Security
Tajdeed implements:
- Encryption in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Role-based access control
- Server monitoring
- Access logs
- Backup and disaster recovery procedures
No system is completely immune from risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi law:
- Tajdeed shall not be liable for indirect losses.
- Tajdeed is not responsible for fines arising from inaccurate data entered by the user.
- Liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Confidentiality
All client data is treated as confidential. Tajdeed personnel and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
12. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Non-payment
- Illegal use
- Misrepresentation
- Breach of Terms
Clients may request account closure in writing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved under Saudi jurisdiction.
